Last week, CYS Global Remit hosted an enchanting evening under the theme of "CYS Wine, Cheese & Tapas Night" in our CYS office. It was a gastronomical affair with culinary marvels and a delightful indulgence in entertainment that left everyone spellbound.
Our team embarked on a feasting odyssey curated by our talented Office Facility Management Unit. From the delicate Tamagoyaki with Shredded Nori to the bold Spicy Tuna on Toast, each dish promised a sensory journey. CYS colleagues savoured the creamy Guacamole on Nachos, indulged in the truffle-infused bliss of Truffle Tater Tots, and relished the savoury Sauteed Chorizo. With delights like Dumplings with Spicy Vinaigrette and Wasabi Mayo Prawn on Toast, our menu showcased the diversity and creativity of our culinary expertise.
But the gastronomic adventure didn't end there. Our guests explored a variety of flavours, from Baby Octopus on Cucumber to Sardine on Baguette, and enjoyed the crispy perfection of Spam Fries on Cone. For those with discerning tastes, Cold Pasta with Tobiko and Fresh Oysters with Uni & Ikura offered pure satisfaction. And, of course, our classic Cold Cut Boards and Cheese Boards featured artisanal cheeses and cured meats that delighted every palate.
To complement these culinary delights, guests savoured fine red wines from France, Spain and Australia. And for our lesser alcohol challenged colleagues, refreshing Sangria was prepared to help enhancing the flavours of the menu.
But our Cheese, Wine & Tapas Night wasn't just about the food; it was a celebration of talent and camaraderie. Our talented staff members showcased their musical abilities in the CYS Talent Show, adding soulful melodies to the evening's ambiance.
For those seeking excitement, we hosted entertaining games where guests tested their luck and skill, with attractive prizes and cash rewards up for grabs.
