Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Job Description: 

The Business Analyst will assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple function groups and business units; to identify problems and opportunities within a company; and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the Company’s goals.

  • Creating analytics to outline enterprise-wide problems, opportunities and solutions.

  • Defining business requirements (KPIs) and reporting them to management.

  • Assisting in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Assisting in products, marketing, sales and customer data analysis.

  • Assisting in governance, risk and compliance data analysis.

  • Performing variance analysis, planning, monitoring and reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably candidates specializing in Business Analytics or equivalent.

  • Program coding knowledge preferred.

  • Knowledge in Power BI (DAX) and relevant BI tools and SQL skills preferred.

  • Training on analytical skills will be provided.

  • Knowledge in foreign exchange and anti-money laundering will be an advantage.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in writing reports.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL database management.

  • Strong presentation skills and PowerPoint preparation.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet targets under pressure.

PAYMENT OPERATION ANALYST

If you have an endless desire to learn, and are resilient and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Foreign Exchange (FX) dealers in processing daily trade transactions

  • Input transaction entries, including using Hanyu Pinyin

  • Process payment / collection instructions

  • Forward proof-of-transfer slips and/or contract notes

  • Record & Filing of trade documents

  • Perform any other duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field

    • Training will be provided, Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

  • Able to communicate in Both English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking associates in regards to the process payment / collection instructions)

  • Basic Bank Reconciliation knowledge

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Words

FINTECH DEVELOPER

If you love building robust software on the back-end & front-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design & development of web & mobile application solutions for various businesses and business processes

  • Implement design interfacing and interaction

  • Provide superior technical services and to establish a long-term relationship with internal users

  • Manage workflow, estimating project timeline and meeting datelines on multiple, simultaneous projects

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

  • Candidates with relevant experience preferred

  • Proficient in ASP.net C#, SQL server, IIS, API development, Android & iOS

  • Ability to design robust database structure, SQL tuning & optimize in SQL query

FX SALES DEALER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of currencies assigned, monitor, cover or squaring of individual currency position with banks or agents.

  • Liaising with banks or agents regarding payments related issues.

  • Provide foreign exchange quotes to customers.

  • Reconcile currencies positions.

  • Provide customers with market information when needed and endeavor to win their trust and trades by giving them excellent services.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers to secure loyalty through regular contacts.

  • Perform KYC & CDD for corporate and personal account opening

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers

  • Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level

ACCOUNTS & FINANCE OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial Information (Financial & Management Reporting and compliance with local Financial Reporting standards) to Management.

  • Perform functions relating to the financial data updating, collection, analysis and presentation of a company's financial position.

  • Prepare account and bank reconciliation.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • You should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Preferably with at least 1 year accounting experience.

  • A relevant accounting background would be an advantage.

  • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans
