On Friday, 5 December 2025, CYS Global Remit held its 19^th Annual Managerial Meeting at the CYS Office. This significant yearly gathering served as a strategic platform for our leadership team to unveil their workplans for 2026, align cross-functional priorities and strengthen collaboration across all departments.

At CYS, we firmly believe that progress is achieved not through individual efforts alone, but through the collective strength of diverse teams working together. This year’s meeting echoed this principle, showcasing the shared commitment of our leaders to drive operational excellence, technological advancement and sustained business growth.

Meeting Highlights

The session opened with a focus on synergy, innovation and readiness for an increasingly dynamic financial landscape. Chief Officers, Senior Managers and Managers of different units took the stage, sharing their strategies for the year ahead. The presentations demonstrated our organization’s unified direction while reflecting the unique role each team plays in shaping CYS’ growth trajectory.

Leaders presented a unified 2026 roadmap focused on product expansion, stronger infrastructure, and enhanced customer engagement. Key initiatives included the launch of Virtual Accounts, targeted marketing and outreach campaigns, and major upgrades to payment corridors, API integrations, and automation. Data analytics will play a larger role in decision making through new customer insights and performance visibility tools.

Operational teams introduced improvements to onboarding, reconciliation and workflow standardization, while Compliance and GRC Units outline strengthened AML policies, monitoring enhancements, and ERM adoption. HRM also announced modernized training programs to support staff capability and organizational growth.

An Evening of Celebration

After a productive discussion, the team gathered at one of their favourite restaurants for a well-deserved dinner. The atmosphere was lively and filled with warmth, laughter and camaraderie as colleagues bonded over an exquisite spread of dishes. The dinner served as a perfect conclusion to a meaningful day – one that celebrated both our achievements and the people behind them.
