Celebrating Dedication and Excellence: CYS Honors Our Long-Serving Employees

At CYS Global Remit, we take great pride in recognising the individuals whose dedication, loyalty and commitment have helped shape our organisation into what it is today. This year, we are honoured to celebrate the outstanding long-service achievements of two remarkable employees — Vincent Yeo, who marks an incredible 20 years with CYS, and Jesline Ng, who celebrates her meaningful 10-year milestone.

Celebrating Vincent's 20 Years of Service

Vincent's journey with CYS began in 2005, when he joined the CYS Express Exchange team as a Customer Service Officer. Through hard work and continuous growth, his leadership qualities shone through, paving the way for his promotion to Manager-in-charge of the Transaction Risk Management Team in 2023.


Across two decades, Vincent has exemplified professionalism, positivity and unwavering dedication. His contributions have:


  • Strengthened operational standards across the organisation

  • Supported and mentored colleagues throughout their careers

  • Enhanced the service excellence we uphold at CYS


As we honour his achievements, we also celebrate the values he represents — steadfast loyalty, consistent performance and a commitment to excellence.


Vincent becomes the fifth employee in CYS history to receive the prestigious 20-Year Long Service Award, joining an esteemed group of long-serving colleagues. As a symbol of appreciation, he was presented with a commemorative gold bar, reflecting the genuine value he brings to the organisation.

Honouring Jesline's 10 Years of Service

Jesline's journey with CYS officially began in 2015, when she joined as Head of Enterprise Resource Management. Her role evolved into Head of Finance & Business Support Group in 2021, and her outstanding contributions earned her a promotion to Chief of Staff in 2022. In 2025, she officially joined the Managing Directors Office.


Jesline's impact can be felt in every corner of the company. Her responsibilities span an impressive breadth:


  • Orchestrating high-level external engagements 

  • Managing HR, finance and business support functions 

  • Leading internal communications initiatives 

  • Ensuring operational harmony across departments 

  • Overseeing office facilities and day-to-day operations


Her dedication, versatility and unwavering commitment have exceeded expectations at every turn.


Recognising her 10 years of service is not only a celebration of her tenure, but also a heartfelt acknowledgement of everything she has contributed to the organisation. As a symbol of appreciation, she received a Tudor watch — a fitting tribute to her growth and professionalism over the years.


Five Years of Dedicated Service

We also recognised outstanding colleagues for their five years of distinguished service at CYS. Our CEO & Deputy Managing Director Ann Wee personally presented tokens of appreciation to:


  • Mimo Wee (Senior Manager)

  • Lau Kian Meng (Senior FinTech Developer)

  • Jenny Peh (Office Helper)
