On 25th May 2023, the CYS Global Remit office was abuzz with excitement as we came together to celebrate the birthday of our CEO & Deputy MD, Ms. Ann S. K. Wee. The occasion was filled with joy and camaraderie.
Golden Roasted Pig & Lotus Leaf wrapped Seafood Rice
To make the day truly special, Ann graciously treated the entire staff to a mouth-watering Golden Roasted Pig for lunch, a feast that tantalised our taste buds. Our creative Office Pantry Services Team enhanced this centerpiece with an array of delectable dishes. From the enticing Deep Fried Phoenix Shrimp to the aromatic Lotus Leaf wrapped Seafood Rice, each bite was a celebration of flavour. Other tempting offerings included Stir-fried Eggplant with Chef Special Sauce, Blanched Broccoli with Mushroom Sauce, and the delightful Dried Scallop & Fish Maw Thick Soup.
The birthday celebration was marked by a joyous gathering, where we indulged in a specially catered jelly cake. As a united team, we captured the essence of the moment through memorable photos, and our most endearing tradition of singing the birthday song added the finishing touches, exemplifying the deep appreciation we have for one another.
