CYS Salutes Singapore with Food!

What is the most remarkable thing to do to forge and strengthen a relationship with another Singaporean? Food, yes glorious food and not just any food, but Singaporean food!

Our CYS National Day lunch at our in-house cafe echoed just that. With the ingenious design by our Office Facility Management (OFM) team, CYS Global Remit employees were treated to Singapore Chili Crab, Fried Oyster Omelette, Fried Carrot Cake, Bah Kut Teh Soup, Potato Samosa with Green Chutney, and a Gula Melaka Green Bean Sago Sweet Soup as lunch on the eve of our National Day.

As CYS employees came together to enjoy their National Day Lunch, the exchange of flavors became a conduit for the exchange of our Singapore stories, fun moment and laughter, fostering a 'kampong spirit' that went beyond licking the spicy chili sauce off the crab claw. As everyone made their way back to their desks after lunch, our OFM team people were already planning for our next "makan" session.
