DBS brought back its Spring Festival event in 2023 after a 2-year break due to COVID-19 restrictions. This year event was held at Sands Ballroom in Marian Bay Sands on 31 January 2023. It was an evening of fun networking, merry exchanges, and celebrating Chinese New Year together with old friends.
The event started with a spectacular lion dance followed by a group dance by DBS senior management team on stage before tossing to prosperity with an impressively decorated Lo Hei made up of 55 ingredients to commemorate DBS 55th Anniversary. All 700 plus guests were treated to a very sumptuous Asian gourmet buffet and Chinese New Year desserts and goodies.
CYS Global Remit Chief Executive Ms. Ann S. K. Wee was invited to the event and met with many DBS “old friends” and made more acquaintances with DBS “new friends”. She described the event as a lively and festive gathering with a warm atmosphere and engaging activities, such as games, music, dancing, and conversations that kept her entertained and having fun.
