Our ESG Approaches
Despite CYS's small size, we take initiatives towards our ESG approaches in managing our environmental footprint, fostering an inclusive workplace that values talents and contributions of our colleagues, and committing to good corporate governance in our policies and practices. We value and engage with our employees and local communities to play our part in our corporate social responsibility and philanthropy.
Our efforts include a digitalization campaign to go paperless in our operation, an office renovation to achieve lowering greenhouse effect, providing healthier choice and meat-free lunches for our employees, adopting company philanthropy through donating and providing volunteer opportunities, helping our employees with learning new skills or pursuing higher education, code of conduct designed to prevent bribery and corruption, performance bonuses to incentify employees to achieve higher targets, and a defined corporate structure that avoids conflicts with proper auditing procedures in place.
